1. How Do I place an Order?
We have made the process of making an order simple. The details are on the How to order page . .
2. How Do I know if The Paper Place has received my order?
When you have placed an order with paperplace.com.au we will e-mail that your order has
been received. Should you send an order by fax, please include the e-mail address so we
can confirm receipt by e-mail. If you do not have the internet, we will fax you to confirm
receipt. Our contact details are on our homepage.
3. How do you deliver the order, and what if my address is hard to find?
We normally deliver orders by Australia Posts Registered Post Service. If the
address is hard to find, include a contact phone number on your delivery details.
4. What is your exchange policy on goods purchased online from Paperplace?
We aim to provide customer satisfaction and hope that you choose your products
carefully. We are happy to exchange items within 60 days of shipment for orders delivered
outside Australia and within 14 days if the delivery is within Australia. The product must
be in new, unused and unworn condition with all original packing materials.
We are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner stated above.
Customer will incur the delivery charge of exchange products as long as they are returned
in perfect condition. We regret to inform that we do not offer a refund on items
purchased, unless goods are faulty.
5. Is ordering online at The Paperplace safe?
You should shop with complete confidence at this site. Our e-commerce system uses SSL
(Secure Sockets Layer) the industry standard for encryption technology used to
create a secure transaction environment. If your browser supports the use of encrypted
data transmissions, our Secure Socket Layer locks all information (i.e. your credit card
number) passed from you to us in an encrypted manner, making it almost impossible to be
intercepted by an unauthorised party.
You will observe the secure lock on your browser if you are submitting an order online,
at the point you are entering your credit card details which is the very last step of the
order process do not offer a refund on items purchased, unless goods are faulty.
6. What if I wish to send you my order by fax or post?
When you have placed your selected goods in the cart and entered your delivery option,
you have the option of choosing the Mail/Fax instead of ordering online. This provides an
easily printable order form including your selected items. Just send by mail or fax using
the address and fax details provided. |
